( Sanara, the Company, we, our or us ) (NASDAQ:SMTI), a provider of wound and skin care products dedicated to improving patient outcomes, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 1,265,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $25.00 per share, including 165,000 shares of common stock issued pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares of common stock, resulting in gross proceeds of $31.6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.

A delegation of the Council of Europe s Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) carried out an evaluation visit to France from 8 to 12 February 2021 as part of the third evaluation round of the Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings. The focus of this evaluation round of the Convention is on trafficking victims’ access to justice and effective remedies. Prior to the visit, the French authorities provided a reply to GRETA’s questionnaire for the third evaluation round. In addition to the new thematic focus, GRETA verified how the main recommendations made in its second evaluation report have been implemented.

A source tells Variety that there is currently an effort to get Margera help again, though he has previously stated that he s seeking treatment for manic bipolar disorder. It s unspecified though how they are going to help the stunt performer.
